Youth for a difference is a youth led organization for the youths that seeks to connect the youth and inspire the future. We are run for youths and by youth.

We believe youths are a major resource for change and they out to be listened to since they are the future leaders of tomorrow. In the continent of Africa youths makes the largest group of the population that is usually with half or more of the population under 21 years of age, and up to two-thirds under 30 meaning Africa is a continent of young people. If this entire young people are connected together, with one voice, and one energy they can rise with one spirit and make a positive impact in the Society in which they all find themselves. Young people are seeking to have a voice in societies but basic structures are not conducive to listening to young voice

OUR MISSION

Youth4D seeks to CONNECT, EMPOWER, CHALLENGE, INSPIRE and give young people a voice at change giving them a stronger voice in the society which will inspire the next generation of Change makers, innovators and Thinkers. We plan on using technology as a catalyst for change since we believe technology has become a vital tool in the global movement for creating change in communities and societies, increased access to resources, faster information transfer and many platforms for change (e.g. TakingITGlobal).

1. Give young people a voice at change giving young people a stronger voice in the society. Which we believe will result in an Increased in the following

Employment capacity among youth.
Feeling of responsibility for future generations.
Literacy rates (reading, computer literacy, etc).
Awareness about the environment and Hope for the Country.

2. Create a community of youth eager to create change

3. Encourage the youth to think big but start small and not wait to be employed but create their own jobs, employ people and build the society in which they find themselves.

4. Youth4D was designed as an introduction to the issues facing our communities, nations, and our world as a whole engaging the youth and seeking for their ideas and opinions on how these issues can be solved.
